Good morning everyone,
Just a quick note here to say thank you…
Firstly – Thank you to each of you, our customers, who came out over the past two days. We asked you to help us with our strawberry picking and you came through for us. To each of you who came out… thanks!
Secondly – Yesterday we had a number of special activities here on the farm and a lot of you came out for that. Thanks for making our Saturday incredibly busy. (I realize that at times the checkout line was longer than we’d have liked, you all were quite patient with us… we really appreciate that.)
Thirdly – Yesterday we also had help from a number of our friends. Thank you to each of you for making a bunch of people happy yesterday.
- I saw a lot of children getting pony rides thanks to Unbridled Grace from Patrick Henry Family Services (here they are on Facebook). Thanks for being a part of our Saturday!
- There were also a lot of kids running around with paintings of lions and I don’t know what all on their faces, thanks to Lindsey Martin for helping us out with face painting!
- Balloons? Yup, there was balloon art too. Balloon Dude Travis has been out on the farm a number of times over the past year and is always doing some incredible things with balloons. Thanks Travis!
And that’s it… We are incredibly grateful that we can serve our community with what we do, but as always we are very aware that Yoders’ Farm is only half of that equation. Without each of you our operation wouldn’t work…
