Corn Maze, Pumpkins, PYO Strawberries - Lynchburg and Rustburg VA
Good morning! Here is your update from the Farm Store for the week of April 21-25, 2026
🍓🍓🍓 – Update on the strawberries! We covered the plants last night for what is hopefully the last frost/freeze protection. The PYO patch isn’t quite ready for picking yet. The plants are starting to produce, so we may need to open and close some along the way until we get into full production, but we plan to be open Thursday (4/23) for PYO from 10–5:30. Depending on how Thursday goes, we may add some hours Friday or Saturday as well. The best place to keep up with PYO hours is right here in the “Currently at the Farm” area on the home page of the website. We’ll update here first with any additions or changes. We will have some prep-picked strawberries in the farm store, first-come, first-served, starting Wednesday.
🍅 – We have a great supply of vine-ripened tomatoes!
🍞 🍰 – We have fresh sourdough loaves and yeast dinner rolls. We’ll be getting some other baked items later this week.
🌱 – We’ve currently got a good supply of asparagus!
🥛🐮 – If you’re interested in a raw milk herdshare, check out Pasture to Pitcher. They can help you get signed up, answer any questions, and you’ll be able to pick up your milk weekly here at the Farm Store. For more info or to sign up, email [email protected]
🌻 – We’ve got several flower arrangements! First come, first served…
📎 – If you’re interested in canning tomatoes, you can call or text Delvin at (434) 401-4016 to get added to that list.
