Hello Friends…
Though the world seems to have changed a lot in the last few weeks “seed time” and “harvest” do continue here at Yoders’ Farm.
Our strawberry plants are blooming and the earliest varieties have little green berries on them. It looks like we’re on track to open for Pick-Your-Own towards the end of April, and we will have some pre-picked berries in the store before that.
So, yes we will be having a PYO strawberry season and we will be following proper guidance on how to do that safely. Stay tuned for details closer to PYO opening about how some things will be different.
Until then, we are open in the Farm Store during our regular hours (tomatoes, jams, jellies). If you do visit the Farm Store and someone else is in the store, give them space, maybe wait in your vehicle till they leave.
