Good morning friends,
This is a quick video that will hopefully give you a feel for where things are at right now in the Yoders’ Farm strawberry patch. In it we cover the following things.
Firstly – We are at peak production right now. At about a week and a half into the PYO season we anticipate another week and a half of quite good picking before the patch starts to slow down as we get closer to June.
Secondly – This Saturday (May, 14th) we have some special activities at the farm. You can read all about them right over here.
Lastly – We need your help. With the patch at peak performance and a number of kind of dreary days this week we haven’t had as many PYO pickers in as we need… so we need your help to get the patch picked, if you are wanting to pick a good amount of berries now (or over the next week or so) would definitely be a great time to do that!
As always we really appreciate your business. We are keenly aware (perhaps now more than ever) that what we do as a local farm isn’t sustainable without a good customer base. So thanks…
