Good morning friends,
Just a quick update on where things are right now at Yoders’ Farm, especially in the pick your own strawberry patch.
The strawberries are starting to turn from beautiful white blooms to small green berries. Which is a good sign… however they are doing so a bit slowly (at least thats how it seems), so its still a bit unclear when exactly we’ll be opening the patch to pick your own pickers. I think it would be a fair guess to say we’ll likely have a soft opening towards the end of next week or early into the following week.
Till then we’ve got plenty of tomatoes, jams, jellies and even strawberry bread at the Farm Store, we’d love to see you between now and the opening of the patch if those things are of interest to you. (hours and directions can be found on the home page)
